What started as The Leading Aesthetics Awards was born from a love of excellence, a space created to shine a light on those who raise standards in aesthetics. But as the industry grew, so did we.
In 2025, we rebranded to become The Leading Awards - expanding to include Beauty, Business, and Hair. Because leadership doesn’t belong to one industry, it belongs to the people who push boundaries, challenge norms and do things differently.

Our purpose is simple: to celebrate real leaders.
The ones who work late, create magic, inspire others, and make a difference - whether they have a team of ten or they’re doing it all alone.

From the Founder of The Leading Awards
When I took over The Leading Aesthetics Awards, I already knew what it felt like to stand on that stage not once, but multiple times. As a multi–award-winning aesthetics practitioner, I had achieved eight national awards in just twelve months, and with each recognition, I realised something powerful: awards only matter when they carry meaning, purpose, and integrity.
In 2025, I made the decision to reimagine and expand the brand, transforming it into The Leading Awards: a platform that celebrates excellence not only in Aesthetics, but also in Beauty, Business, and Hair.

Because leadership doesn’t exist in one field - it exists wherever people are brave enough to innovate, inspire, and raise the standard for others.
This rebrand is about more than recognition; it’s about representation.
The Leading Awards stands for diversity, inclusion, and empowerment, giving equal recognition to every scale of success, from independent artists and small businesses to national brands and global pioneers.
But what truly sets us apart is the culture we’re creating.
This is not competition rooted in rivalry - it’s celebration grounded in collaboration.
